You understand and acknowledge that every painting offered for sale on Cindybernierart.com is original artwork. Each work will be signed on rear of painting and include a Certificate of Authenticity. By purchasing my paintings you hereby accept all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
Shipping charges are included in pricing if shipped within the United States. For international shipment, contact Cindy for shipping quote at cindybernierart@gmail.com. Please include address for shipment.
Paintings arrive wired / ready to hang but are unframed. If you wish for your painting to be have a white floating frame, an additional $300 will be charged. Email cindybernierart@gmail.com for frame request and payment.

If you are dissatisfied with your painting and wish to return it, the following steps will be taken:
1. Within 3 days of receiving your painting (from tracking information of arrival), email us at: cindybernierart@gmail.com notifying us to expect the return. You will supply us with tracking number/information by email.
2. Keep all the packaging and wrap it up as carefully as it was wrapped when you received it. Wrap it in the glassine paper, wrap it in the plastic bag, then wrap it in the bubble wrap, slip the paperwork and the sandwiched painting back in the crate with the Certificate of Authenticity.
3. Insure the crate for the value of the sale, pay for shipping, and ship it back to us within 3 days of receiving the painting. Email us at Cindybernierart@gmail.com with the tracking number. When the box is received by us and painting is found to be in the same condition it was when it left us, we will refund the price of the painting minus the cost of original shipping. You will pay all customs duties and tariffs if international.
4. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
